Joey Cox is a renowned DJ specialized in mixing various genres of electronic music, including House, Organic House, Deep House, Latin House, Afro House, and Techno. He was born in Sevilla in 1981 and began working as a sound technician at a local radio station in the 90s, where he also showcased his talent as a DJ and music creator.

Currently, Joey Cox resides in Ibiza, where he continues to showcase the latest trends in electronic music and works on new tracks from his record label, “SHAMKARA RECORDS”. In June 2022, he released “Chase the Sunset”, a compilation of his best mixes, and in April 2023, he will release his highly anticipated original track, “Gioia”. Additionally, in June 2023, he will release “Chase the Sunset Vol. 2”.
