This document aims to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL, which are mandatory for all individuals, professionals, and companies (hereinafter the USER) who wish to use it (current or new services that AMARE HOTELS may provide in the future through the PORTAL).

In the event of any dispute regarding its validity, execution, compliance, or resolution, FUERTEGROUP and the CLIENTS/USERS/CANDIDATES expressly waive their jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Marbella, where the owner of this website is domiciled, and therefore, the place where the obligations related to the use and data protection policy are fulfilled. This contract constitutes the complete and entire agreement between FUERTEGROUP and the CLIENT/USER/CANDIDATE and supersedes all previous agreements, commitments, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, that may have existed previously between them.

Regarding any disputes arising from the execution and fulfillment of the contract or services offered on this website that cannot be resolved extrajudicially, the courts and tribunals corresponding to the locality where the tourist establishment informed on this website is located will be competent, as this is the place where the obligation giving rise to the dispute is fulfilled.
